News, Tips, Trends and Miscellany for Book Publicists

The Papyrus Files

As you may know (or can guess from my blogroll), I’m a big fan of technology.  Case in point: my handwriting has deterioriated to the point where I can barely read it — although I still make a show of “taking notes” in meetings for the sake of looking studious (I rely pretty much entirely on my memory) — but I’ve thumbed entire blog posts on Blueberry (my Blackberry).  Thus, I thought it would be appropriate to start a series on this blog entitled “The Papyrus Files” highlighting ways in which we can phase out old technologies (and phase in new ones) to make our jobs easier and more efficient.

Comments and suggestions are very welcome, either potential topics of discussion for The Papyrus Files or thoughts about what I’ve posted.  Email me or just post a comment.
