The Book Publicity Blog

News, Tips, Trends and Miscellany for Book Publicists

Morning Brief — Tuesday, May 20

I’m moderating today’s Publishers Publicity Association lunch panel about the nexus of science, technology and pop culture — we have panelists from Good, Seed and Wired magazines.  Seed and Wired in particular get pigeonholed as science or technology publications; while they certainly cover these topics extensively, their book coverage ranges from science to history to business to art to novels and more.  Seed’s recent design issue featured an art history book; June’s issue of Wired covers Randy Pausch’s The Last Lecture as well as a history and also a business book.

Hope to see some of you there!
